Dubai Transit Visa:

The Dubai Transit Visa allows GCC residents to transit through Dubai International Airport as long as they remain inside the transit area or board their connecting flight within 24 hours after arrival at DXB airport.

If you are planning on traveling to Dubai and staying for less than 14 days, you should probably get an electronic visa. This visa will allow you to enter and leave Dubai as many times as you like within the time limit. 

Dubai Freezone visa:

To stay in Dubai for more than 14 days but less than 30 days, then it is recommended that you get a free zone visit visa if possible. This type of visa allows visitors unlimited entry into the UAE; however, it does not allow them to leave their port of entry until they have resided in their country of origin for at least 24 hours.

The Dubai visa for GCC residents is a visa that allows the holder to stay in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for up to 30 days.
